Volume Dry Converter
Dry volume units measure loose solids by the space they fill: grain, fruit, vegetables and other produce sold by the bushel or the peck. The US dry units differ from US liquid ones of the same name: a US dry quart is 1.101 L, while a liquid quart is 0.946 L. The UK uses the same units for wet and dry.
How to convert dry volumes
Type a value into any field, and every other unit is calculated at once. For example, 3 US bushels:

A bushel is a volume, so a bushel of wheat and a bushel of apples weigh different amounts. Grain markets set a standard weight per bushel for each crop, such as 60 lb for wheat.
